By accessing and using the website digitaljugaad.in or engaging Digital Jugaad's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Services
Digital Jugaad provides digital marketing services including but not limited to Meta Ads management, Google Ads management, SEO, social media marketing, content creation, website design, and WhatsApp marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon individually with each client before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, ad account access, and creative assets as required
- Ensure your business and advertising content complies with Meta's and Google's advertising policies
- Pay agreed invoices within the timeline specified in your service agreement
- Provide timely feedback to avoid delays in campaign delivery
Ad Spend
Ad spend (budget paid directly to Meta or Google) is separate from Digital Jugaad's management fee. You are responsible for funding your own ad accounts. Digital Jugaad is not liable for ad spend charged by Meta or Google.
Results Disclaimer
Digital marketing results vary by industry, offer, budget, and market conditions. Past results (including the ₹20.48 CPL case study) are not a guarantee of future performance. Digital Jugaad commits to best-effort campaign management and transparent reporting, but cannot guarantee specific lead volumes, CPLs, or revenue outcomes.
Intellectual Property
Creative assets, ad copy, and strategies developed by Digital Jugaad for your campaigns remain your property upon full payment. Digital Jugaad retains the right to showcase anonymised campaign results (metrics only, no brand name without consent) as portfolio examples.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep business information, campaign data, and pricing details confidential and not disclose them to third parties without written consent.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement with 15 days written notice. Fees for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Digital Jugaad's liability is limited to the amount of management fees paid in the most recent billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
